Two factors dictate Blue soft lube. Your lyman sizer and working in cold temperatures. It will not be messy like alox, even in hot weather, but if you could move the sizeing operation into the house by the furnace, Blue lube will flow through the sizer and will be slightly less messy when picking bullets ouf of the cans in hot weather. Commercial is the least tacky of the three, but lyman sizers won't stand up to running it. RCBS sizers will with some heat, and Star sizers thrive on it, yet heat is required with them also.
You'll pick up about 100 fps with a given load, by simply switching to LBT lube, and this from lowered friction. You will also be able to increase velocities dramatically before you begin to experiance leading. Accuracy will almost certainly improve at the same time, even with much higher velocities, should you want to go there. Of coarse the lube is equally well suited to low velocity loads, to well under 800 fps if desird.
