What is the point of comparing obama with Bush? Just because spending was too much under Bush it means that obama should be allowed to totally break the bank? We are past the point of pointing fingers and shared blame. It either gets fixed very soon, or it's over.

That about sums it up. I never could understand why the dems point at Bush, he was on their side, he signed every piece of spending legislation the dem controlled congress put on his desk. Mostly just ignorance, people being so attached to a party they can't think anymore.
So I guess in the dems eyes, Bush didn't spend enough and that must be their problem with him? Dems make no sense at all. They had it all, passed every piece of legislation they wanted, they wrote it, they signed it, they decided to NOT pass a budget in 2010 and move it out, yet hard core dems will still defend their party for some unknown reason....beats me what they are thinking. I have to wonder if these people that support the dem party can run their own household, I really don't see how. They point at the republicans like they are an issue or something...the reps have not been an issue for dems since 2006. The dems own the current mess, no way around that. Reps are only there to point at, they are pretty much worthless so far except to have someone else to point at after everything crashed. The dem answer to all this mess? Same deal...raise the debt ceiling, print more money, shrink the private sector and grow government even bigger. The rep answer...is do the same thing but a little slower. I will say the reps that just got elected into the house are not going along with this...but they are few. We need to elect more people that realize government needs to shrink, and fast.
