Does an M444 ultralite handle 300 grains at 1400+fps?  Yes.  Do my hands?  Not very often.  Much better out of M444 6.5" RB.  Oh yeah... and the raging series... just for some good gun porn.....

Who makes a 300gr load at 1400fps? Sounds like some serious over pressure loads.

You can load 19.0 gr of H110 over a 300gr xtp which is 1325. While not quite 1400, it's quite a load.  About 39,000 Cup.

And its more than 19 grains of h110 under a cast slug.... and its over 1400fps.... and the primers are flat... and the brass sticks.....  and my RB's have eaten over 100 of them.  And it would make a S&W cry.  Well, shake apart, but same deal.
