I don't shoot factory .44 mag ammo for hunting, but if you want one load for everything, you can try the Hornady 300 grain XTP loads.  These are probably going to be the "best all-around" load for shooting hogs and deer.  240s will suffice on deer, and hard cast bullets of the proper shape are very suitable for both species, but the 300s will provide better penetration for you, and like I said, may be easier to find.

Like MS Hitman I prefer the 240 JHPs for deer and the 240 XTP is my favorite followed by the Nosler 240 JHP.

I really don't like the 300 XTP for hogs tho. I've only shot one with it and while it did kill it with a shot between the eyes at about 15' as it came at me I sure didn't like the way that bullet looked or the amount of penetration it gave. I've not used it since on hogs. I'd rather stick with hard cast on hogs and have since.

Unless you are equally likely to find both deer and hogs on any given outing I'd be really tempted to use different loads for them. Using the Hornady 240 XTP for deer and either the Federal 300 Cast Core or a Garrett 310 WFN for hogs. The cast bullet loads will work fine on deer but sure aren't my first choice. The 300 XTP MS Hitman suggests will work on both also but from my single experience with it (which really isn't enough to properly judge performance) I'd rather be using a hard cast on hogs.

If it were my gun, the load that the gun likes the best would be the one I'd use. the bigger the better.
