1) American company moves to mexico because taxes are too high.
2)American company finds cheap mexican skilled labor isn't really that cheap because they need an interpreter plus a laborer to do a job.
3)Tiawanese investment firm offers to buy company that's bleeding money.
4)Repeat until there is no more private industry left in America, then the anti-capitalists are happy.
