I had read that Rem brass was thicker and so less capacity than others. Later I read about a guy who reduces the load for Rem brass. When the load table shows WW or other brass being used for the table data, do you reduce your load if using Remingtion brass? If so, how much?
Recently shot some 4064 in .375 and the max velocity showed up on the chrono several grains below the max load shown in the table. They had WW brass and I had Rem brass, same bullet, same barrel, same powder, seating. Primer was WLRM. They probably had CCI mag primers. But I wonder if the smaller Rem case capacity caused the higher velocity?
