Does anyone here know where to find more information about the Gun Ban signed by Bush Sr. in 1989?
It seems all traces of the Executive Order signed by Bush have disappeared from the Net. I even looked at the Executive orders for 1989 and can not find any about Banning firearms from China. As I recall He banned 40 Semi auto (Assault) Rifles from import into this country, and then Clinton came along with a lot bigger list.

While I do remember it, I don't know where to find it. It was one of the reasons, along with read my lips, that he lost the relection, and we were blessed with eight years of Bill.

Don't know about that one...but if you are looking for vast majority of anti 2nd ammendment, anti gun owner laws and attempts at such legislation, you're searching in the wrong venues...
