Who woulda thunk it? Republican Majority Leader Eric Cantor gets $2,000,000 to stop the tax increase on the fat cats.
"For the past four years, Cantor has taken the lead in the House on fighting the same changes. He also has been one of the top recipients of contributions from those industries — last year, his two fundraising committees took in nearly $2 million from securities and investment firms and real estate companies, more than double the figure for Boehner (R-Ohio)."

The only real and fair way to deal with this would be NO LOBBY from anyone.

The only real and fair way to deal with this would be NO LOBBY from anyone.
If they followed the constitutional doctrine of limited government, they would not be anything for which to lobby. Jim Rogers had a good idea. Let them live at home and vote from the high school gym with the local people watching them. With video conferencing, etc. there is no need for them to be insulated in washington away from the people. Corporations already are using the technology. Lobbyist would not be able to cover fifty states at the same time.
The sole purpose of government is to protect your liberty. The Constitution is not to restrict the people, but to restrict government.  Ron Paul

The two enemies of the people are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first. - Thomas Jefferson

It's our political system, everone is entitled to, "The very best politician your money can buy".
Hunting and fishing are not matters of life or death. They are much more important than that.
