the kid said "what matters is that you have a passion for something"  back in my younger days my passion was fly fishing.  but my passion didn't give me the right to walk on to any property and start flinging flies.  my daughter, being hispanic, has an illegal for a best friend who is also like a member of the family. we love her dearly but I won't vote for amnesty just to save her.  the ramifications are too great.

Do California schools recieve federal funding? If they do then California is coercing all of us into paying into this scheme.

for years, dyer county Tenn had a sheriff that wasn't allowed to own a gun.

OK, back it up.  The scholarship money is from PRIVATE sources, this is NOT state funded. 

But, if they are taking up a seat that would otherwise be occupied by a legal resident, they shouldn't be there.  And they should be charged at the rate charged for those who are not citizens of CA, not the much lower CA citizen rate.
