powdweman, you are right on the money.  What is the United Nations doing but bleeding every country that's a member dry?  They have outlived their usefulness and effectiveness.


Who are the major "peacekeepers" in the UN?  The United States and the Unitd Kingdom.  We have lost more sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, husbands, and wives that any other member country of the UN and it is all in vain.  All we are doing is protecting the Bush's and the cartel's oil interest in the Middle East.


America has poured billions of dollars into Iraq and Afganistan (who don't want us there in the first place except for our money).  Why don't we take their oil in payback for us financing a war they could care less about?  One reason is the above mentioned oil cartel and the UN would lose billions of dollars.  Just think if we had all that oil in repayment, gas would be below a dollar a gallon (if Yomama and the Democrooks didn't raise gas taxes). 


Our only threat is the Muslims, which  Yomama is, and the illegal aliens pouring across our Southern border bringing drugs and spitting out newborns who are born American citizens and their families then start on the dole. 

"Pogo"  the crtoon character made a very profound and timeless statement year's ago that is more true today than its ever been:  "We have met the enemy and he is us."

I we don't fund the UN who will send peacekeepers to rape women in Africa. If we don't fund the UN who will give food, clothing and aid to countries that hate us. See the UN has its uses.

Just to make sure that everybody feels equal in the UN, set new standards. No one country can give or take more than any other. We wouldn't want another country feeling bad about not giving as much, so make it mandatory that no country can give any more than what the smallest amount a country can give.If say Tunisia can only give $10,000, that's what all country's give. No more, no less.  And, since the UN headquarters have been in the US for more than 60 years, and we've been paying the majority of the bills to keep it here , move the organization to where it will do the most good. I suggest Somalia,Darfor, or Rwanda. Oh yes, that country picks up the tab by the way. They need the help the most, so put it in their backyard. 1 US Representative shall have a lifetime appointment to be there, to represent us. Again, I suggest Hillary,Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden,(when he's done with the VP job!) That's a start. gypsyman
