Is there any doubt that Joe Biden is a complete idiot?

On Giffords return to congress:
 
"Among those who had been told of Giffords’s return was Vice President Joe Biden, who met with her privately for several minutes. “I said, ‘Now we’re both members of the Cracked Head Club,’” Biden later told reporters. “You know, I had two craniotomies.” "
 
Is this an acceptable greeting for someone recovering from a gunshot wound to the head, or is he trying to one up her by telling her he has had not one but TWO craniotomies? He apparently needs a third one to relieve the air pressure that has been building up in his hollow cranium.
 
This guy is a complete embarrassment.

The only thing more frightening than BHO as president is knowing that Biden is a mere heartbeat away, oops it just dawned on me Hillary is only two out from the Oval office.

Maybe next Biden can go hand out purple hearts and say "Congratulations Gimpy" to each recipient. Sometimes I think he is 110% worse than Der Fuhrer Obama himself.

No doubt about it, he's been deep-throating his Florsheim for years.  That's why there is almost zero chance he will be on the ticket on '12.  The republicans will probably want to get an idea of who that might be before they settle on a candidate of their own.

Yes the line is VP, Speaker of the house ( unless we are at war and then it is the Secratary of Defense, since we have a Republican as Speaker, I guess the Liberals would want an Obama appointee and would make the case that we are at war.
Secratary of State is down on the list so if Obama and Biden both go anyone ahead of Hillary needs to have Chelsea as a food taster (guessing Hillary would not poison her daughter to become President but you never know) till they are sworn in.

Gifford was shot in the head, terrible I agree. If Biden was shot in the head what would the shooter actually hit? Air space.
Biden was confused he had hemmeroid surgery and they got part of his brain when they did it.

The doctors weren't sure about the second craniotomy as the obamacare manual recommended a plexiglass implant above his tailbone so at least he could see where he was just sitting.
