Great structure for a hunting camp.  I'm sure the size could be made to order, from a small size, to a huge size to be used as emergency shelters for many people.  Their shape would make them resistant to wind damage.  I like it, loads of uses especially for the military.  (Hay, I was a career NCO.  I always think of the military uses.  Them boys are family.)

What Is A Veteran?
A 'Veteran' -- whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve -- is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America,' for an amount of 'up to, and including his life.' That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country today who no longer understand that fact.

Pretty cool...reminds me of ferro-cement yacht construction....

..TM7

Since it is formed to an inside support it would probably be easy enough to form a double hull boat with a sandwiched core. If the truss frame were built first the hard part would be getting the wire mesh on the exterion surface. Might spray it on with a chopper gun or epoxey sprater? The yacht similarity was the first thing that I thought of also.   ear

"cement boats" had a flash of popularity in the 1960s. The ones I saw were all of house boat or pontoon configuration.

TM7: A negative vaccume mold might work with fiber in the mix, then it could be a repeatable manufactureing process.

Conan the Librarian: The boat that I saw was a small World Sailimg class yacht. You couldn't break the hull with a crowbar accordng to popular mechanics. ear
