Maybe one of these states that are being sued for protecting their citizens should adoopt a new flag and then maybe other states would follow.

Why would a State have to pay any attention to other countries...just tell them to go to hell...nothing they can do about it is there? They can't use military force.
If the feds want to try and do something a state could tell them to go to hell as well...the feds are broke...what they going to do? Shoot missles into Alabama?  I'd like to see a state just say come on in and get some...

Mexico has an interest in protecting its citizens and ensuring that their ethnicity is not used as basis for state-sanctioned acts of bias and discrimination," If you didn't know any better you would think this was a joke.
Yes I agree, tell Mexico and the other countries to go to hell. Then the justice dept. is saying Alabama and other states are over stepping their bounds. They should be told to go to hell also, along with the ACLU, who has their nose stuck in it with a law suit against the Governor.
The attorney for the whining countries said they want one immigration law not 50. Fine if they want one law then make it, "if you are not a legal immigrant in the US. stay the hell out of Alabama". That should simplify things.

Several U.S. citizens who contested obama's citizenship had their cases dismissed with the excuse that they "lacked standing" to file a suit.  In comparison to that, how the bloody hades does a foreign country possess "legal standing" to interfere with, and bring such a suit against, an individual state's affairs?

America is at war for its national survival. Will we prevail or be overwhelmed by the brown tidal wave of third world primitives?

Right now we are being overwhelmed. It doesn't look like we can count on the federal bureaucrats to do anything about illegal immigration, so I guess individual states will just have to grow a set, or we will continue to be overrun.

I have no problem with our law. I see no reason I should ever be in violation of it. Maybe it will get some of the illegals out. Matt tells me his intel is that they are already leaving in masse. I say good riddance.

Indeed, but I hope they don't come to AR, we have enough now, maybe they will go up North, though I doubt it since the Libs/Taxes/Unions have pretty well junked their economy.

It's a sad day indeed, when a country can file suit against ANY STATE, for their ILLEGAL TRESPASSERS "OUT OF COUNTRY", invading ANY OF THE STATES. Our government should be ashamed, but is not, and now they have lost our credit rating along with such idiocy as this.
The courts that accept these suits should be disassembled, and done away with, and the Judges disbarred and prosecuted for treason. Lawyers continually prove they will do anything for money, and TRAITOROUS AMERICAN LAWYERS are filing these case on behalf of these countries.

We need alot more states to enact these kinds of laws.
99% of all Lawyers give the other 1% a bad name. What I find hilarious about this is they are such an arrogant bunch, that they all think they are in the 1%.
