that's not a problem in my house.  from day 1 I've treated her with respect and have been amply rewarded.  a woman who has years invested in a marriage shouldn't have to pack up and move because her husband is a jerk.  should a husband end up with everything and the wife end up with a set of luggage?  let him move if he's not man enough to be a good husband.

A man was charged with battery and rape against his wife.  He was ruled not guilty (by a state judge) due to an application of Sharia law.

I didn't read the whole thing but I think it comes from a judge setting precedent for use of sharia law where muslims are involved.  which would make a girl guilty of infidelity if she were raped and didn't have four kinfolk to watch the rape and swear it wasn't her fault.  otherwise she is condemned to death.  nice guys, those muslims.
