How many Axis deer to an acre can a person raise?
I am located in South Texas. What are the fencing requirements for these
deer's.

I would check with the Tx Parks & Wildlife Dept on that question.  They do have some great biologist who can answer questions  like that, and also the blackbuck trapping question.  Good luck.
