Its a shame the Gentleman ( Mr.White) is banned from this site for a reason I know nothing about. He is a fine Honest Christian ,excellent gunsmith, and supports out Troops. This is in addition to helping a site (that he is banned from) get a dangerous firearm off the market.

I just saw this exact gun for sale in Mooresville NC just about a hour ago in a local gun/pawn shop, it was listed for $575(I think thats what it was).  The barrel appeared well made and massive but setting on the old Topper action made it look weak and dangerous to boot.  I didn't ask to get it out of the glass case and look it over but was surprised to see it.  The guy that runs the shop is knowledgeable about firearms but perhaps he knows this gun-smith and trust him...???  Perhaps if it was on a SB2 frame instead of a topper 10 gauge it would work but I'm with you guys, I wouldn't shoot a full power load in it.   :o

No.  My gunsmith, whom is trying to get this "Handi-nade" removed from a public sale, was a member.

Thanks, Dinny

Id like the barrel, but if the guy that made it, thought the receiver was ok, we cant assume he knows how to make a barrel. maybe he made the barrel from some cold rolled round stock.

I thought the same.... no sense at all for it to be on one side and not both, but why would he use an old Topper receiver in the first place? Why not a TC Encore or a Ruger #1??

If it is a topper and he said that piece screwed to the side was for strength then he's an idiot and should be put in a nuthouse before he gets somebody killed and gives the Liberals some more fuel for the fire.

Thank you Dinny and Mr. White for doing your part to get this "gun" out of circulation.

As an aside, does a good deed such as this trump whatever bad Mr. White did to get kicked off this site?  I'm a new guy and everything, so I don't know anything about what might have transpired, but he certainly did the right thing here.

The gun is still trying to be sold here locally and not on the net.  Somebody who doesn't know any better will buy it.  Hopefully they are not injured.  I called the shop after I got home from looking at it and the fellow said he would take $500 for it, any takers ??  ;D

I, for one, am very glad of Mercy, but way moreso of Grace. FWIW, I do think redemption can come to anyone, and I would include Mr. White........it will take me a bit more for me to include Mr. GunHack; so that is probably why I havent been put in charge of the Forgiveness Dept.

You could start a poll to see if members thought he deserved to be let back but we would have to know what he did to get banned. In the end it's still up to the BEARD.

Here is a link to the place, it has the phone number and address at the bottom of the page.

If this is out of line posting this link please delete this Tim.  I'm not posting this to give a small gun shop owner any grief, perhaps he does not know this gun could be dangerous, perhaps though someone needs to alert him that has more tact and knowledge than I do.  But this is the same business that had it posted on gunauction.com.

omg, some fool just bid on it! :) ;D

the stocks look like 100.00, if the barrel tests good for barrel steel, its worth 250.00, the receiver is a good shop conversation piece for 40.00, the scope about 40. so if I get it for 450
I paid 20 too much.

Im going to make a cupholder or spitoon that hangs on the case hardened reinforcing bar.

So that is what that contraption on the side of the receiver is, a cup holder bracket. 8) Notice they turned the gun to the right side for this auction, no cup holder on the right side.
Thanks oldsoldja, that is what I would have done had I had the funds. I like the stock

This has been going on since the first gun was made. You cant see the mods that a lot of  guns on the auctions sites have. Its a good place to dump a bad gun because you  cant handle it before you buy. Sorry a$$ed sellers know this.
Its boils down to an opportunity for two fools to meet.
As far as the atf. Dont rattle the chain of anything that bites.  They probably have 550,000 people setting at computers and looking at gun sites.
I am not saying this is safe. What I am saying is. Anyone that has ever changed an extractor, painted a gun, shortened a barrel, added a barrel to a different frame, stubbed a barrel ETC.  without factory authorization has joined this man if something happens to that weapon.
