Did I read that correctly?  He returned a pistol to a MOH winner and got a pistol in return that had belonged to a different MOH winner?

Yep , and value was placed on doing the right thing not the guns which must be in the thousands . What an example to live by.

I don't think I could have bought that gun and NOT at least tried to return it.  It's a cool story about doing the right thing.  I like it...
