Without dragging out the books, I believe many of the short pistola straight case calibers have many within them that can interchange... ie, 32 cal., 9mm, 38, 45 for example.
Evolution at work. Over two million years ago the genus Homo had small cranial capacity and thick skin to protect them from their environment. One species has evolved into obese cranial fatheads with thin skin in comparison that whines about anything and everything as their shield against their environment. Meus

maby we should call this the two+ for one.

45/410/450 Max (444 at 1.6" opened to .452)/450 Mango  (full lenght 444 opened to .452)

Trying to creat a .357 Basic.  Lenght between 60 and 70mm.  Could load this one to 50-55,000 psi in a contender.  Could be a real screamer.  Then you could have a 38Spec/357 Mag/357 Max/ 357 ???

With the 357 Basic think of the cats that could be made!

357 basic,  yeah, that's the ticket...I heard of someone opening up 5.6x50R cases like that.  Sure I'd get some and rechamber one of my barrels it there was a 357 basic to be had!!!

good idea!

Ladobe, I don't think this is possible with rimless pistol rounds, as they headspace off the case neck.
More one shot kills
