Auto ordnance 1927a1 45acp
« on: August 21, 2011, 11:44:20 AM »
I went to purchase a used auto ordnance 1927a1 in 45acp today(tommy gun) for $1,175 in semi auto.  I just found out my state has a bann on the semi auto version but not the full auto version.  I can own the full auto for around 20k but not the semi auto.  Since its on the bann list along with the ak's  the owners when the bann was passed as a bill needed to register every gun on the bann list they own.  But if they ever go to sell it they have to sell it to out of state gun buyers only.  I love America we were once free but not anymore.

You could look for a marlin camp 45. Not the same as a tommy gun, but takes 1911 mags. I imagine there are still 30 rnd 1911 mags being made.

I'm doing some safe cleaning right now but down the road i may get into something full auto.  Maybe.....

I'm also tricking out one of my saiga's in 308win with the 21" barrel.  I'm going to get the kalinka 1,000 meter scope for it with the BDC and german style 3 post lighted rectical.   We can't own ak's here in 7,62x39 but i can own the saiga's in 223 & in 308win go figure. I need to move to a free state then i'll buy every gun on my home state gun bann just because i can.
