As I said in my first post: The cops may be guilty as hell. All the evidence isn't in yet. No one has gotten away with anything yet. How much clearer could that stance possibly be? How would you like being convicted before you were tried? That's what's happening here.
Now with that said, I will vacate this forum. No good will come from my repeating myself, and everyone can continue with their lynching, BEFORE the trial.
Lets try and get this thread back to topic! Let me say! Personally I don't think all police officers take advantage of the badge. I think the percentage that do is a small number, but I think the number appears to be growing. When you have a judge that determines no intent, then this man's family will not have their day in court. The Officers that carried out this obvious crime, will more than likely get a pass. It's not right! And If I were a police officer, I would be outraged by their actions.
I don't think anyone is trying to lynch these policemen! I think most would simple like to see them charged and tried in a court of law, by a jury. "Prob. won't happen"
When a person puts on a uniform, badge, and gun and takes the oath he has placed himself in the spotlight, and if they cannot perform the job in an honorable way, then he or she should be replaced by someone that can.
