I always have trouble fleshing. I always cut through to the hair roots in certain places.
I always keep a towel in between the beam and the pelt and I take it as easy as possible. What is your method?
Thanks,
Zach Ellis

I put very light pressure on the knife . It always looks like a layer of fat is left on when I,m done , but it drys nicely and I dont pull the hair out . I ruined a few pelts before I learned this .
