« on: August 26, 2011, 04:12:00 AM »
Anyone know the specs on the barrel thread???  Just curious if it is the same as Sako.  I have 2 rifles and one day, may change out one of them.

This seems to be the answer.
Metric threads, M18 X 1, Right hand.  Same threads as on a Sako TRG and Blaser Tactical.

Thanks.  So if you are buying a barrel,  The smith's lathe has to be able to cut metric or have the supplier prethread it.

The 18X1 thread is used on the muzzle to mount compensator or silencer.  I want to know the specs on the thread into the receiver.  If and when I pull a barrel then I can measure it but I am just curious.
