lost my house in the hurricane

Tree fell in my house Thank God no one was home.

Yes...thankfully, no one was injured or worse. Hopefully, you have at least adequate insurance.

i lost my house and my dogs in a house fire 4 years a go i know how you feel
things will get better good luck to you

Having walked in your shoes losing all my worldy possesions in Katrina I know exactly how you feel. It will be a scar though. Just keep your chin up and think of all these folks on gbo with thier kind words help.

I also had a tree land on my house during the hurricane, luckily it didn't do too much damage, just needed minor repairs.  Just finished cutting the tree up, have to finish the rest of the clean up.  The soggy ground doesn't help.  Trying to look on the bright side, my neighbor who helped with the tree removal gets a big load of firewood.

Well we got the tree of the house today to get a better look at the damage. Thing is it got my gunroom to. Been picking up bullets brass bullets for about 3 hrs.

You got a good attitude---that will be the difference.

Thanks for all the prayers guys its been tuff. The bad thing is the same thing happened when Floyd came about 12 yrs ago. Would not be so bad if i was by myself but with a wife a 2 kids its tuff. My little girl sat down next to me crying that she just wanted to go home. I have a couple of deals with a few guys here i havent forgot you going to try to get stuff shipped this week. Thanks again fellas All my life i have put my faith in God he has help my family with some problem i have put this in his hands.
