You've got a good start.  The powders you have are not explosive, but they are flammable as packaged.  Sorta like the can of gasoline you have for yard tools, they need to be in a place where fire and sparks can't get to them.  A cabinet built for flammable substances would be nice, but my powders live in a wooden cabinet on the wall.  I have approximately 20 or more cans at one time.

The Varget is an excellent powder for '06 and 308, though others may be just as good.  I've had success with Varget in 223 through 45-70.  It and the 4198 are both excellent in the larger calibers.

I've never used the AA9 or H414.  I use Unique, Bullseye, and H110 for my pistol rounds.

I store my powder in surplus .50 cal ammo cans.  These are designed to withstand a lot and seal out air well.  They are a little heavier to move around, but are a little more secure.  There are also 23mm ammo cans which would hold a lot more and I have been watching for deals on some of these.  ;)  I figure if the Military will store loaded primed ammo in them, should be pretty good for just loose powder.  ;)  They are not explosion proof, but they do contain a lot and tend to not create shrapnel.

Oh, and I'd definitely look at Reloader7 for .45-70 and .45 LC in rifles.  I have great luck with it.  ;)

For handguns, I like to keep Bullseye, Promo, Unique, 2400, H110, and Blue Dot. If space is limited, Unique and 2400 will get you by, although I can't imagine living without Bullseye. H4895 will load decent loads in all the rifle calibers you're currently loading for. No matter how you start out, you'll end up with a LOT more powders on hand than you planned! ??? ::)

If by HVarget you mean Hodgdon's Varget that will load all your rifles.  So would H4895 and that has the advantage of being able to load reduced loads down to 60% of the cartridges normal max powder charge.  Both powders will work well in yous gas operated rifles without fouling issues.

The only one of the pistol cartridges I've loaded in many years is the .45ACP so I'll stay away from answering that part.

You can get along really well with these.
Varget: 308.30-06,303 brit, 223 with 55 gr and heaver.

IMR-4198 (I understand they have stopped making H-4198): 45-70 and 223 up through 55 gr bullets.

Unique & H-110 will cover all your pistol calibers.

It is not recommended that you store powder in air-tight metal boxes. It is recommended that you leave the powder in the container that it came in and place it in a wooden box or cabinet. Smokeless powder is not an explosive as such but if you confine it in an air tight metal container and through fire etc. it gets to the temperature that it would ignite then you will have and explosion as the pressure will build in your air tight metal box until it can't be held any more. Just keep your powder in as stable a moderate temperature as possible and away from any heat source just like you would a can of lawn tool gas or charcoal lighter fluid around your house.
