Is this a castor mound or an Otter toilet? PICS

I found this on the bank this morning. It had snowed a little last night and that covered up any tracks that were there. You can see what is either a castor mound or the pile of Otter droppings on the top left hand side in the pic, whatever it may be? There are plenty of beaver in the area, but Otters also pass through once in a while? I will check again tomorrow and see if it was used again and if I can pic out any tracks.
Thanks in advance,
