that's right, the skinhead groups are watched constantly by FBI and ATF but they turn a blind eye to black panthers.

Well I don`t know how well they were trained back in the late 60`s! Evidently not well enough! I had just been transfered to Houston, Texas in 1969 and was staying in a hotel until my family and I could find a house! I cannot remember whether it was the 2nd or 3rd day after I had arrived but some of Houston`s finest and a group of black panthers had a shoot out and the black panthers came out on the short end of the stick on that one!!
