270 1in12 twist 110gr bullet accurate load

im trying to get good accuracy out of my 270. i bought 110gr bullets i need a good powder to go with. my rifle has a 1 in 12 twist but i need the bullets to drop deer. any one with a pet load or any good ideas.

Mitch, if you motor on over to Hodgdon.com they've got a heap of .270 loads and nearly twenty of them for 110 grain bullets.

i understand that and i have about four reloading manuals im asking for powder charges that people have already had good results with. im looking for a super accurate load i just need a good starting point.

My rem.700 grouped the 110gr.hp real good with 55.6gr.imr 4350 and cci200 this data is from hogdon#7 and it's very accurate for me. My oal is 3.176

how did you end up with .6 did you bump up your load .1 grain at a time and have you tried h380 some one suggested to me what do you think.

I ended up with .6 by mistake it should have been .5 but when setting up I read my incrament bar wrong on my 10-10  scale,I noticed it when I was making up my labels. I have been loading for the 270 for the past 10 or so yrs and have used nothing but imr 4350 with all bullets I've used.

I was assuming you mean the 270 Winchester. Are you sure your twist is 1 in 12", since the standard for a 270 Winchester is 1 in 10".

No I don't have any targets,me and a friend loaded them for his 700 and he took the target.
