I ordered a Deer view blind window on 08/19/11. The window was delivered on 08/26/11 but it was missing the hardware to hang it. The owner promised to send the hardware out on 08/29/11. I have not received the hardware nor has the owner responded to any of my e-mails. Buyer beware!
