Get one from H&R, Numrich doesn't have any right now, it's probabaly the same one tho, they use to list a replacement as well as the factory part, now they no longer list the replacement.

If it was me, I would be the one making some calls, and not take the first 'no' I got from a CSR.
IF there was no other recourse, I would insist they cover shipping both ways (your 'smith might get a better shipping rate, though).
