243 ultra

have 243 ultra ejector - after firing cannot open breach; release lever very difficult to press ---any ideas?

Firing pin prbly stuck in the primer were they reloads? Kurt

                                   It sounds like to me that your barrel catch is broken. That is a factory only part.
All defective parts are covered by warranty.

I was going to add to gcrank1's post I had a similar problem that I fixed with graphite sprinkled in it.
 
But I'd listen to Brian56 as he see's/works on them everyday.
