"Pass this bill right away"
« on: September 10, 2011, 04:23:57 PM »
Does anyone besides me find  it ironic (silly?) to hear Obama and his talking puppets saying that we must "pass this bill right away"...and they haven't even written anything down and submitted it to Congress yet?

Surely, since he was a former legislator, he remembers the procedure for introducing legislation?

Is this another, "We must pass this beill to see what's in it" setup?

It is silly in several ways.

It is and will be said we need to hurry to avoid a crisis, the crisis we are allready in.  ::)

As you said, the Obummer crowd has not presented a bill to be past, which makes it hard to pass.  ;D

He wants to continue with further Stimilus, even though it doesn't work. ::)

It's an emergency & something must be done right now, like in a day or two, yet
he waited nearly a month after he said he had a program to present it to us. ;D

He continues the Marxist class warfare routine to tax the rich & says this is the only additional Revenue needed instead of growing the economy.

More funny stuff

It's just more obamunism where running his mouth is his version of leadership.  I don't think it's working well and if the media weren't so complicit, it wouldn't be given any credence at all.

It's all politics.....  He's trying to look like he is doing something positive....  This sounds eerily like the whole bank bailout package when they laid that one out.... >:(

Yeah, and imagine my great surprise, when it was revealed that it was to be paid for by tax increases.  And then today, Axelrod says that there will be absolutely no compromise with the Republicans.

He's setting this whole thing up to run against a "do-nothing Congress", now that it's been too long to run against Bush again.

Maybe he ought to change his name to "NotObama" and run against "the current idiot in the White House."  Probably would get re-elected.

It was the most pathetic speech I ever heard in my life..."pass this bill right away"...when there was no bill at all.  Hell, it will take them a month to write a thousand pages, not let us read it, and then buy and sell votes in congress and do this all over again....LOL!!
Obama hit a new low...he's scratchin...now he's actually on the campaign trail to sell a bill that has not been written or read, while one of ours is headed to the Afghan mountains.  Unbelievable...

150 pages of pure garbage.
The jobs bill contains a prevision to make a new government bureaucracy to control all broad band.

Exactly what I was thinking. It was so nauseating, I had to shut it off.

Sure is funny how he can be slapping a ball oround the golf course for 2 weeks or more and suddenly be in a mad rush to get something passed.
We have seen these garbage deals before..the rush to get the economy-busting Obamacare bill passed.."you have to pass it so you can see what's in it".

Hard to believe that anyone would ever actually vote for such a pig-in-a-poke mess .. but a whole bunch of sheeple Democraps did !

I wonder if he ever really made or did anything in his whole life ?  I'm not talking about some "term paper" or a "protest', but something real & tangible, such as a build a truck rack, install a window, skin a fox, combine wheat, pour concrete, roof a house, cut & skid timber or even build a 3-strand barb wire fence....
...Or is he only partially educated, as are many politicians or professorial types ?

It would be funny if it wasn't so tragic.  Another half-a-trillion for liberal special interests as the economy circles the drain.  He has been criss-crossing the country, packing halls with boosters who cheer as he does his TV preacher imitation, pumping hard for this scam.

A few months ago I mentioned the rumor, fairly widely reported, that the dems were sick of Obama and were planning on easing him out for 2012.  I just got back from a 7-11 and I stopped to scan the Washington Post, which I don't take.  It is right up there with the New York Times as the voice of the political establishment.  Both Saturday and Sunday editions were on display and both had the same story on the front page, above the fold line.  It seems that White House types are trying to buy up every copy of a book they can find.  The book tells of a dysfunctional White House, a rudderless ship, a madhouse of confusion and despair.  The story may not be in every home edition, as those scoundrels fix up different front pages for different markets, but for them to print it at all is significant.  The man is simply incompetent and his time may be about up.  Unfortunately, the complete plan calls for Miss Hillary to be rotated in.  I don't know, is an incompetent radical worse than a very sharp big-government liberal?
