If he does not have the item on the shelf he can make it... His brother Richard went off on his own some time back, rceco.com and has about the same goods, somewhat less literature, although an on line book, and slightly lower prices. He too might make you a piece or have something on the shelf. Both answer email with reasonable response time.
#3). I mean no disrespect to Mr. Blackmon or the Nemi brothers or Mr. Deustch, just they are a bit less talkative and available. Hit the benchrest boards and you can find them if you like.
This is not unusual machine shop work and any machine shop can do it. Cost varies widely as does quality if the newbie lacks experience. Luck. Happy trails.
