Well it happend today.My buddy and i took a friends gun out today to sight it in for him well after the first shot did not hit the 4x8 target we moved up to 50 yards still nothing then at about 20 yards bingobut the target had a keyhole from hell.Thats when i said something not right so i looked the gun over and found that his 270 was a 30/06 lessoned learned you should always check everything out.Called him up and said i needed some 30/06 ammo for his 270 talk about silence on the phone.I then told him his 270 was a 30/06 he then said its a 270 that he bought from academy.I said it clearly says 30/06 on the gun.
