Got back from ILL today, it was good to get back in America. Jadyn is 5 years old now. Still bleeding and getting a blood transfusion at least once a week. Her rt leg is swelled and has limited mobility, she walks like Chester. The knee and above is badly swollen. It is full of hard tissue and scar tissue that the docs say doesn't even resemble muscle tissue. She uses a spcl brace a couple of times a day designed to give the joints more mobility and they are going to try a treadmill with a support where her whole weight wouldn't be on the leg. She had a ball while we were there, a real blessing for us. Patty made her favorite treat, brownies. She has been pampered and spoiled because of her rough life but she is getting to be selfish, something they need to work on. She said the brownies were hers and that nobody else could have any. I teased a bit but saw quickly that she was dead serious. I hope they work on that. A very enjoyable evening.
Moms last tests came back great. Cancer still there but not moving. She was plenty active and we too had a wonderful visit, her hand is healed nicely. Great driving weather coming home, didn't need the air cond, doesn't work anyway. All prayers are greatly appreciated and I thank you all for caring. Charlie.
