Negro Blames "Political Neglect" for Black Flash Mobs

Nego columnist "Dr. Boyce Watkins" figured out why thousands of black teens are forming mobs and looting and attacking white people:  WHITE PEOPLE DON'T PAY ENOUGH TAXES! 

White people refuse to approve more social programs, welfare programs, more school integration, blah, blah, blah.....

It's not their fault that they commit crimes......IT'S   THE FAULT OF WHITE RACISTS.
   

When are greedy, selfish white racists going to realize that we're all in this together and that if whites and their families have  to pay more taxes and do without....well sacrifices have to be made!

Should this be a surprise to anyone? Imagine that! Someone placing blame everywhere except for the one place that is actually to blame-the individuals themselves. Its not mommys fault its not daddys fault its not the big bad worlds fault and it sure aint whiteys fault so who does that leave to blame?
