Greetings:

I'm looking for a tutorial on how to make an in-line Huntsman "open ignition" legal for Oregon blacktail hunting.

I got a breach plug coming from Mr. Hubbard. Just nee to dill/mill the right area I think. Any help would be appreciated as it is hard to put metal back!

Thanks in advance.

Off Topic, but what's the point in "open ignition"?  Some biologist wants to create hangfires on rainy days so more animals are wounded instead of killed?  Why not just require a Matchlock?  Rant over, besides I'm from the state where a regulator decided that crows can only be hunted on Thursday, Friday & Saturday. ???

It's more primitive, same reason PA used to limit ML arms to flintlock and roundball.
