Has anyone tried reloading with the new Hornady MonoFlex bullets for 30/30? Just got a great deal on a very nice pre 64 - Win 94 and was going to start loading for it. Was going to try the 160gr FTX's and then saw the 140gr MonoFlex which is a monolithic gilding metal bullet. I actually will probably try both, but was wondering if anyone has messed with these yet. Or the FTX's for that matter. I also bought a few boxes of store bought Remington ammo to get a feel for it's accuracy. First rifle ammo I've bought in I don't know how long, but at $8/box I couldn't go wrong. Reminded me of the good old days of ammo prices...
