forend help(corrected inches)
« on: September 28, 2011, 03:57:34 AM »
Can't seem to find a forend for this barrel.
*16" long (with removable brake)
*No maker mark; however, lug has what looks like T.C. symbols.
*One dovetail slot (5" from front of "lug" and 7.125 to rear) Is there a standard way to measure location of slot?
Anyone no of a source that matches forends to barrels?
Thanks Hugh D

Sorry for the mix up

The distance of 7.125 from the rear of the lug to center of the slot is the same as a 21" tapered barrel with one screw.  Do not know if forends will interchange nor are they easy to find.
