Liberals, Democrats want to violate the constitution

The current Democrat North Carolina Gov and Obama’s former White House Mang. & Budget Director espouse for anti constitutional measures.
 
The NC governor proposed the idea for a suspension of federal congressional elections.
 
The former budget director espoused for reduced overall reduced democracy.
 
While I’m generalizing here, the point is I believe these two represent what is talked about by the elite liberal democrats behind closed doors all the time.
