I must say I agree with Guzzi.  Removing the incentive is indeed the way to go.  With American unemployment at 9% or greater, it's time for employers to put American's to work.
 
I don't buy the argument that American's won't do these jobs.  Many associated with the auto industry that has moved to my area work for not much over minimum wage...as employees of a temporary service.  People no longer just want jobs, they NEED them.

I don't blame the border patrol for not catching them all, if the perps act like they're gonna fight, the BP has to back off.  the reason, the obama justice dept. will charge them with murder if a perp is killled.

Believe as you wish but alot of Americans won't produce. Some are to stupid to. They don't take advantage of school to learn and don't have guidence at home . They get to an age they have to find a job and don't know how to work. Had a couple that wanted to do HVAC until they found out they would have to crawl under houses to work on the equip. There are lots like that out there. The Hispanics I have worked around for the most part were used to hard work and expected equal pay . They knew what they were worth not the inflated idea American youth has of itself.

shootall....I know what you mean....seen the same thing with some local help....never grew up.  That can change, and is....but underselling local labor is kinda a different issue..

Don't know about that , if Americans worked and produced then there would be no jobs for illegals to come for . Alot of Americans do work but in the jobs that are hard work not enough fill them.

I have been in the natural gas industry for 36 years.  When I started, most of my contractors had black men for labor jobs.  Jobs such as diging around other utilities, wrapping the welded joints of steel pipe, fetching tools, etc.  Today it is mostly Hispanics.  Why, because of two reasons, one is they can't pass the drug tests for hiring, and random drug tests after hiring.  Two, they get welfare and food stamps.  The Hispanics must have a green card and at least a few have to speak English.  They at least pass the drug tests.  How many have illegal green cards?  Who knows?  One of my contractors has a Guatamalian, who was an English teacher back home.  He said he can make more money at $10/hr in America than he could make in Guatamala.  Anyway, drugs are a huge problem with the poor.  They can't get jobs, but they can get welfare and food stamps and section 8 housing.  Manditory drug testing to get the benefits would help cut down on drug use, and maybe get people to work at jobs Hispanics take now, which might help on keeping illegals out if they can't find work.

Obama Justice Dept?    I don't have any use for this most recent criminal leading the Sheeple, but have you forgotten when Senor Boosh was El-Prez, a couple of BP agents were sent to prison by one of GW's appointee's for shooting a Drug smuggler from Mexico in the Azz.?

As long as Canada is subject to the British North America Act I'm somewhat hopeful it won't happen to Canada.
 
We had those "Three Amigos" meetings before without further action but then the public isn't kept informed either. The majority of Canadans do not want to be incorporated with the USA or Mexico. I prefer you as neighbors not felllow inmates.
