My C&R license showed up in the mail today!!!!!!

Now that I have my license I was curious if anyone could recommend some good places on the internet to find some Mosin Nagants that are reasonably priced.

I liked dealing with AIM surplus. The picture and description which they had for a SKS was exactly the one I received. Of all the C&R dealers I dealt with they were the best.

Thanks guys.  I have used AIM for stuff in the past but not for weapons.  Great people to deal with for sure.

Ok, this may be a dumb question. I have been reading about this C&R license and this is the first time I have ever hard about it. What is it exactly? What are the benefits?
