Well, I have been considering it for some time. I trade for a new truck every 1 - 2 years. If any of you know me, you know I am a Ford man. Well, I have been interested in the Toyota FJ since they came out. This year, I went and did it. I found one I liked and traded the F150 in. Mind you, my truck isn't used for hauling much, just for hunting and fishing trips and bad winter weather. Other than that, I drive an economical car that gets good gas mileage.
It is a 2011 Toyota FJ Trail Teams edition and has everything you can get on one. I was amazed at the smooth ride and after my first 700 miles have no complaints. Took it on a road trip and got about 21 MPG in high winds. I figure, without the wind, I will get 23 on the highway. Only time will tell, but so far I am happy.
Anyone else own one or have experience with them?
