Just got my G2 choate stock in, fit is good finish is fine but profile is terrible! Fits in the hand like a 2x4! I am big guy big hands but this is so large and blocky I get no "feel" from it and hammer manipulation requires you completely lose your firing grip.....bring out the dremel!

I have a couple, with my 16" barrels just fold them up and put them in my back pack. Not pretty but do the job......Rod

Up here in Canada we cannot have a rifle that is shorter than an overall length of 26" I have a 22" barrel in 45-70 that I am going to be using on my new G2 frame when it arrives next week.

I was hoping you could share what the overal folded length of your G2 with the 16" barrel is I'll just add 6" to that and if it is longer than 26" I am in for one of these folding stocks.
