Postal Shoot Cannon Video

I shot my target today for the postal shoot. The cannon is a Micro 36 caliber replica WWI field cannon developed in the late 19th century.   Here are the videos.  They are short segments and 8 videos in all. On the 5th video, I lost count of the shot sequence #2 & #3 after I accidently dumped the powder while loading.  :-[   Enjoy.  Dom

Nice Cannon Dom.  I checked your website and didn't find this one yet.  Are these going to be available and if so what will be the price?  I like the easy loading feature and the overall look of it.  Pretty cool recoil supressor as well.

Good show Dom; now that's what I call documenting a shoot (I forgot to even bring my danged camera when I shot). Your .36 caliber looks to be a fine shooter.

RIP John. While on vacation July 4th 2013 in northern Wisconsin, he was ATVing with family and pulled ahead of everyone and took off at break-neck speed without a helmet. He lost control.....hit a tree....and the tree won.  He died instantly.

Tim,  Thanks for the compliment.  This model will be available for sale sometime in November and will sell in the 140 to 180 dollar range.  The barrel is a smooth bore made from 4130 steel .  I want to finish filling the micro Dahlgren and Dictator orders first before placing these on the website.

Cannoneer,  Thanks.  I think this is about the range limit for accuracy.  I like to try this cannon at 25 feet.  I have a feeling it would be a good shooter at a closer range.  I also realized today that my eyesight is not as good as it used to be for sighting.   Dom

OK, I would never get tired of shooting that one.  The recoil arrangement is the coolest thing.  It looks just like the originals firing.  Do you have any close-up slow motion videos of it?  And are they for sale? 

I can't imagine a .75" or 1" bore version.......

Don't agree!

Try a patched ball and I bet you get much better results.

What you got wasn't bad.

Mike,  I don't have any close up or slo mo's, and this model will be available sometime in Nov.
