  The Gov Moonbeam administration in California has now banned tanning beds to minors..

  ...But allowas 12 yr old children to ask for and receive a vaccine that could cripple, or even kill them..and to hide the fact of the medical procedure from the parents of the child..

  This to be done in schools where they won't give a child an aspirin, without parental permission..
 
      BTW: Is California also one of those states where the school authorities can have take a juvenile to an abortuary and let them kill the parent's grandchild, without that same parents' knowledge or permission ?
