If a Mosque were burned in your town, would you condemn that act? Would you march with Muslims to protest the burning? Would you give shelter to a Muslim family who were endangered?
I'll answer your questions. NO, NO, YES. NO, I see a mosque being destroyed no different than the tearing down of false idols and groves in The Bible. NO, I certainly wouldn't march with them to get satans lair back. Yes, I would give shelter and protection til it was safe for them to leave. POWDERMAN.
I'm pleased to hear you'd shelter some innocent folks.
But it seems odd that while some Muslims condemned a church burning in Egypt and marched with Christians tp protest that (which took a lot of courage, considering where they were) that you, and I understand you are a Christian, wouldn't even condemn the burning of a mosque in your neighborhood.
It's OK for "Christians" to burn a mosque in America, but not OK for "Muslims" to burn a church in Egypt?
I'm not going to call it hypocrisy, it just seems like a you are missing the point.
It's OK for us to carry on a crusade - sorry, I mean 'war' - in Muslim countries, but if the situation was reversed...?
Somehow, someway, we must reach an accommodation with the Muslims. Some sort of mutual understanding, respect and limits. Maybe a curb and reversal of immigration, end of wars, and protection of rights of minority faiths in both our world and theirs.
But we won't get there with fear and aggressiveness.
