I can see the People saying" You are an oppressive Govt. we will remove you".
I can see the Govt. saying" We are the legitimate Govt.You are a rebellion, we will crush you."

I do know in countries that have no 2nd A, a General Strike did remove or at least have a huge impact on the Govt.

To the OP's question, could be. I call it the "new bolshevik's" revolution. Unlike Russia, nobody's shooting. The great purge is being conducted in our publik school system via indoctrination. A few more generations and "us" dinosauers should be extinct. Even under the soviets, the old timers were afraid to speak their mind for fear of being reeducated in siberia. How many in the US are following that example? Me thinks plenty. They are called names under our breath but we all know that if a confrontation ensued, we would be the ones seeing jail time as degrading titles were piled on us in the court rooms. Liberals hate capitalism..even though their baby communism has never worked. It appears it is their aim to destroy freedom by destroying capitalism. They will use everything you said they would..let's take a look at the gang in power now:

1) Legislation= The liberal regulators are bringing out crippling regulations on our businesses at the rate of ten new ones each day.

2) The economy= They are bent on excessive taxes and 'environmental' rules bein placed upon industries which are already struggling to compete with govt subsidised, foreign producers.

3) The media= Most of the media have swallowed every piece of crap the libs have hatched up..from 'global warming' to the 'freedom movements' across the mideast... and we pay for much of the falsity through the liberal controlled, PBS charade.

4) Smoke & mirrors= E.G. Obama's "Jobs Plan"..

5) Various LEOs= Consider the ATF and attorney general..in the recent "fast & furious" effort to smash the 2nd article of the Bill of Rights. Then there is the refusal by the A.G. to prosecute a 'slam dunk' civil rights case out of Philadelphia.

6) Then as if to prove their 'break the nation' intentions,for the fiscal year 2010-2011, the current administration spent an all time record amount of $3, 600,000,000 while taking in $2,300,000,000...
