Cheapest way is a 4-foot piece of 6-inch diameter PVC pipe; one 6-inch diameter smooth walled push-on end cap; wrapping wire; and hack saw.
1.) when pipe is standing vertically use hack saw to cut one end of the PVC pipe at 60-degrees (+/-) about 4-inches above the ground, so the pipe end looks like one-half of this "V"
2.) Find a tree in the woods. Wire wrap the pipe vertically with the "V" toward the ground and facing outward from the tree. Wire wrap it well. Pigs will knock it down otherwise.
3.) Fill the pipe with ~50 pounds of whole kernel corn. Put on the smooth end cap at the top to keep water out. The corn will run out of the "V" at the bottom, but just enough so the pigs have to work for it.
Real Cheap, real easy to build, and practically zero set-up time.
Depending on how much of the "V" you leave exposed above ground at the bottom, the pigs will either get a little or a lot of your corn. Once they find a pig pipe, keep it fed a while and they will come back routinely. Mark the pig pipe with the hanging gallon jugs of fermenting corn and they will find it all very quickly, provided there are pigs in the area.
