new recipe for bushy tails
« on: October 18, 2011, 05:48:17 PM »
This is an at home or campfire recipe I worked up on my last hunting camping trip. Simple and easy.

Jake's bushy tail pulled pork style.

Shoot a few squirrels. Skin and clean whole squirrel remove paws and head. Soak in a salt brine over night. Simmer squirrels in a big stock pot with a few bullion cubes for 1-1 1/2 hours or until meat is easily removed from bone. Dived meat into a couple of the square aluminum trays mix in your favorite bbq sauce and cover with foil simmer while your drink a few beers. Serve on buns with favorite condiments.

Enjoy
