Hello, 300ZX.  No first hand experience..Do you have a rifle in this caliber?  I have read where standard .38-50 brass is too thin to work in this type of chamber.  If this is the case (no pun intended!), you might give Rocky Mountain Cartridge Co. a call.  Their brass is turned from solid rod, on CNC lathes.  They can custom fit to your chamber.  I have had excellent results with their .25-21 and .25-25 Stevens brass.
